Shipping Policy

Shipping to the United States

We use USPS for shipping to the United States. Processing plus shipping time is usually 2 – 4 weeks (possibly up to 6 weeks during holidays (e.g., Christmas, New Years, Chinese New Years)). We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Non-USA Destinations

We use Royal Mail for Great Britain, and for everywhere else the best carrier by registered express service. Processing plus shipping time is usually 3 – 8 weeks. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Customs Duties & Other Fees

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These forms of charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your countrys customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

Return

30 Days Return Policy
Quality and Customer Service are our top priorities, we will gladly accept returns. Just ship your item back to us within 30 days of delivery (to the designated shipping address provided by our support staff. For USA residents we can provide a Las Vegas, Nevada address for your convenience) to receive a full refund.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Items that have have been lost in the post will either be refunded or replaced after a 6 week period (8 weeks for non-USA orders) from the dispatch date.

You may return an item for incorrect size, or damages or defects, for a full refund (returns should be made within 30 days of the item being received). A refund or replacement will be issued once we have received the returned item. (Please provide all relevant tracking information)
